At Heal Thy Self Health Partners, we offer a wide range of consulting services including nutrition consultation, FDA approved medical weight loss, health coaching for patients aged 6 and up. 

The duration of the visits are typically 45-55 minutes long. The visits are done virtually only. 

Sadly, not at this time. I hope for a time soon, when insurance will cover these services.

o Please ensure your audio and video is functioning prior to your video visit. If you are more than 10 minutes late to an appointment, HTS Wellness reserves the right to reschedule or cancel the appointment. A $50 fee will apply to all no-show appointments (any appointment whereby the patient is 10 or more minutes late, or does not show up at all).

o Please have photo ID prepared to share and be seated with camera access available. The physician will ask you to verify your identity and location at the beginning of the telehealth appointment. If someone else is present in the room during the telemedicine appointment, you consent to have that person present during your appointment. 

o Please have ALL intake forms completed PRIOR to the start of your visit.
